eBike Consultancy
We are pioneers in the field of eBikes.
Back in 2009, we developed the world's first fully eBike "Ghost e-Ndure" with a mid-motor and a battery integrated in the down tube. We actively designed the general principle of operation of eBikes with a mid-engine, which was still completely new territory at the time. Bosch, Yamaha and Brose were actively consulted by us on the development of their first drives.
We have already developed many eBikes with all common drive systems and can therefore jump into any project straight away. We would be happy to help you optimize your product as best as possible and implement it as quickly as possible!

Suspension technology

3D/2D Engineering
We use the latest and most powerful 3D software.
We also have a lot of experience in the production of bicycle frames together with almost any frame manufacturer. This know-how enables us to work quickly and efficiently.
We are also the right contact for you when it comes to the application and cost assessment of the tools required for any potential frame material and their specific production methods.
Production Preparation and Support
We know most of the frame producers personally and have already worked actively with many of them.
This makes it much easier to get solutions implemented promptly. Thanks to our many years of work, including directly with frame manufacturers, we know many perspectives and details in production planning.
This means we can ensure that the entire development trajectory is aligned so that the planned market launch can be realized on time.
Marketing Support

Project Management
We use state-of-the-art ERP software.
To ensure that the new products appear on the market on time, we use powerful project management software. This allows us to carefully plan and coordinate all parts of the overall process and ensure that all participants are always up to date.
In this way, you can always be informed about the current status of the project and can always interact immediately.
ISO Testing
In order to be able to mass produce your bikes, it is extremely important that they comply with all common standards and that neither you nor the user undertake any experiments.
We have always dealt with this field of expertise very intensively and are very well informed about all applicable standards and testing options.
In addition, we can take this many years of experience into account in advance when designing the frame, so that the end result can be produced and delivered as quickly as possible and without any delay or concerns.
Sourcing
We have been working with all kinds of manufacturers on a daily basis for over 20 years now.
During this time we have visited a lot of production facilities, not only of the frame manufacturers themselves but also of their sub-suppliers. This enabled us to build up a great understanding of the demands and requirements on site, which makes implementation much easier.
In this way, we were able to build up a lot of know-how in terms of options and quality requirements and were able to gain unique insights into what costs may arise during implementation and how these can be reduced as much as possible through intelligent decisions during the process.
Prototyping
On our huge BigRep One 3D printer we can print complete visual frame prototypes in no-time. This will support you and us immensely to get an idea of whether we have hit the exact tone or whether there are details that need to be revised again.
